After short listing of my profile, 1st round of interview was scheduled on WebEx at USA time zone. It was about an hour of interview on core concepts of java. 2nd round was again on WebEx for an hour more on different areas development like GUI, core business logic, design patterns, architectural concepts, DB etc. 3rd and 4th were managerial and director rounds. Questions were on to test your interest on technical growth and career path in current opportunity with CME. Overall process was easy going with HR being very kind and helpful in all the aspects from scheduling interviews till the on-board processing. Offer was released in 2 weeks of time. Great opportunity, looking forward to build a great career with CME along with its growth.
