I applied 10 months in advance to the start of my graduation internship. Within a week i had a initial interview with the talent manager. After this conversation i was told that they would be getting back to me for more details about a graduation interview in October. This interview was in April, so that is 6 months later. In November i had another interview with the Lead recruiter. He said that he liked the chat that we had and i was invited to come to the office to talk about the internship assignment. A week later this happened and we talked about the specifics of the internship assignment and what i would be doing, and i also answered some interview'esque questions. The same afternoon i got a call from HR telling me that they were going with a different candidate because they appeared more enthousiastic to them so i got rejected. This whole term cost me 7 months of time.
