The interview process at CLEAR was overall a good experience for me. I enjoyed the fact that the initial call was a Zoom call rather than just a phone screener. It felt a lot more personal. I met with 4 people in total and enjoyed my meetings with all of them. They asked a lot of behavioral questions so be prepared and really review your past experiences before heading into those meetings! They are expanding rapidly so the turnaround time for the interviews was very quick. Although I did not get the position, I was very grateful for the transparency and feedback that I received.
