I had a phone interview with an HR manager as well as a zoom interview with two associates at the location I applied for. The initial interview was fairly basic and more personality based to make sure I was a good candidate. The zoom interview was behavioral and personality based to see if i would be a good fit at their location. I was surprised I wasn't asked more accounting specific questions or given an assessment on my accounting knowledge, but everyone I interviewed with was very kind and easy-going.
