Started with a 30-minute phone screening with the campus recruiter. After passing the initial screening, an in-person interview was scheduled at the local office. My interviewers were a senior tax associate and a tax director. The interview was very informal, and they did not ask me to introduce myself. The questions did not seem to follow a clear flow, which left me feeling slightly disoriented.
