Interview process typically consists of a behavioral interview follow by a small technical portion. Interviewers are group leads or higher up managers. There will be two stages to the interview, and each stage will be held in person. The first stage will mainly talk about your previous experiences, getting to know you, and asking about your education. The second stage will be more detailed and will tailor around your experiences within the oil and gas industry, and how you can provide value to the company.
