Went through 3 rounds of interviews and presented some of my ideas on selling their solutions. After 2 to 3 weeks, contacted them again and they said the headcount was frozen due to pandemic. But several months later, the job was posted again. So applied and found my ideas are on their website. Needless to say this time I didn't go through. And now my email address is on their database and I keep receiving junk mails from them.
