Relatively quick and easy. There was a cognitive test which had logical reasoning questions, numerical, I think verbal. Then followed by a focus group discussion in English on a banking case study. There were around 9 people on the call for the FGD (online)
they ask very casual. not related to bank at all. but most of the stuff are about why you really want this position. the interview also mix some language when they interview you
