Two online interviews, both about an hour in length. The first interview was with the recruiter, and second was with two managers. They asked about job history, behavioural questions, and did a mock call/role play.

The process was 1 hour with roleplay and they asked behavioural questions. It was insightful and the hiring managers were really nice. You are having the interview in person for the credit counsellor role and you have to give specific examples using the STAR method

Entretien
It was a Pretty short interview process about 2 different interviews but hiring process took almost 2 months. A lot of background and criminal checks, also educational and previous work experience were all done
