Tive uma ótima experiência durante o processo seletivo. As entrevistas foram bem estruturadas, com perguntas alinhadas às responsabilidades do cargo, e a equipe manteve uma comunicação ágil e transparente durante todas as etapas.

Processo prático e rápido. Foram 3 rodadas, a primeira com uma IA fazendo as perguntas e você respondendo com áudio. A segunda com uma recrutadora filtrando e validando seus conhecimentos e a terceira com a equipe técnica aprofundando cada vez mais sobre os conhecimentos.

I applied several times, several positions. All I got just AI interviews, no people, no feedback. Just trash AI system. I think they are posting fake jobs to train AI on real people.
