The interview process was very easy. My recruiter, Mary, was phenomenal and kept in touch every step of the way. I had a screening interview with my recruiter, an interview with my manager, an interview with my team, and an interview with an executive. Each round of interviews were very professional yet exuded openness, friendliness, and care.

Entretien
The recruitment process was fast, 4 or 5 steps in the interview process, Ann Marie was my recruiter great personality. The LOD staff that I interviewed with had nice personalities, and energy. They didn't make the interview feel formal which was great. However, there is no diversity within the team (culturally) which should change. Despite not being offered a position on the team. I think my overall experience was good.
