Multiple test and interviews. Very time consuming. Seems like they invest more time/money into the hiring process instead of training the new hire.
Interviews:
-Email with questions regarding your background and skills
-Personality test
-Phone interview with HR Director
-Face to face interview with Meeting Director
-Another test. This one took 2 hours to complete.
-Face to face interview with VP
