Video conference for first technical round followed by HR / Management round. After shortlisting a candidate, they schedule the interview and share video conf link. As per my experience the interviewer didn't seem interested in exploring a candidate, he conducted the interview just like a school/college viva.

4. HR round For Package Discussion - Via Telephonic ( Yet to Happen )
