Question 1
Qu’est ce qui n’a pas marché dans votre précédente missions ?
J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez CGI (Frankfort, KY) en févr. 2023

It’s a three interview process: functional, behavioral, and a wrap up with the head of the team. Most of the questions they asked were related to my resume. They had a copy of my resume and would ask about certain skills or bullets. The people on the team you’re going to be on interview you so you get a good feel for the team and the people you’ll be working with. I declined the offer because the salary/total comp was much lower than industry average and what I was making in my current job. Base they said would be 60k with about 8k in bonus related comp and 2 weeks annual vacation.

College hire- they have all the college students come in before graduation, usually on a Friday. It's about 10-20 people your with. You get there at 8 am and leave around 2pm. They explain the process; you will have 3 back to back 30min interviews (technical, functional, and mix), one half of the group will interview while he other half receives a presentation. There is a panel of recent college hires that the ones in the presentation will get to ask questions to. Lunch is provided and they have people eat with you, talk about anything really. The groups switch after lunch, so now the ones that were interviewed get to have the presentation and the ones that received the presentation before lunch will be interviewed. Its a long day, but not to bad. The interviewers will ask some hard questions, so do your research on the company.
