Interviewer know the expectation of the role he needed and clearly asked the questions. Looking for the lead to take care of 30+ resources. Total 3 rounds . 2 Technical and 1 Managerial round.

The process consisted of a hands on problem solving coding round.
Pros
You get evaluated based on actual problem solving skills.
Cons
No proper time planning, I had to visit twice as there was no clarity on how much time you have to spend for test.
The solution to work with was not properly setup and the monitoring person does not have a good idea if you need any clarification on what is expected.
Evaluation was not fair considering the solution malformed and they told me at last moment to write some pseudo code since they can't resolve that, after I submitted it.
Reviewer can't anticipate or understand standard solutions provided out of box by framework and mostly expect you to write as if you are a college graduate.
Overall though evaluation process sounds good the actual setup and evaluation is not carried out effectively.

task based questions where you are supposed to build on top of your previous task. tasks will be based on winforms application using usual design.
web based solution where you are given 3 tasks related to general data to be displayed based on view model and saving that data back after editing some field. a simple JavaScript problem where you need to perform simple dom query and style management based on data displayed.
