First inteview was at a Job Fair - short discussion only about 15 minutes. Went very well. Second interview was a follow up from that. The person on the other side of the table was more interested in disqualifying people than finding out if they could do the job. In addition, they have no salary ranges, and try to get people for as low a cost as possible.
