I was contacted on LinkedIn by a recruiter who asked if I would apply. I submit my resume and cover letter and was contacted within a week. I had a phone screening with someone in HR, then a Zoom call with the hiring manager. I was offered a third interview but chose another job instead.

They asked me how I would handle a very specific problem.
HR will screen first. Followed by multiple reviews by hiring manager and team from IT. Mostly behavioral interview questions. Pretty easy if you've done your homework and have the experience in the areas of DevOps, QA, Site Reliability and Data.

Entretien
Long, drawn out, with periods of complete silence when I was certain the deal was dead. Two rounds of telephone interviews (hiring manager, then peer group) followed by two rounds of in-person interviews. HR is a weak link, with the staff recruiter a near deal-breaker. She is unprepared for interviews, does not call at the agreed-upon times, or meet agreed-upon deadlines.
