I contacted the company and scheduled an informational interview at their offices, one on one. I brought my resume, which we went over in some detail. I have a varied background so I described many of my former positions and how they would contribute to my ability to do the job. I had previous experience with the client that I would be working for, and so we talked about that in detail. Then they told me a lot about the company structure and history.
