The hiring process starts with the submission of an online application, the cover letter and the resume. After that, there are three steps for the interview process - technical round, assessment and HR, there can be an additional round depending on the vertical.

Entretien
Interviewed, was given an extensive assignment, and then began the ghosting. Happened with two different verticals of the organisation. Expectations from the interviewees are unclear, and the HR is rather forgetful.
