Entretien
Straight forward. Typically there are 3 interviews; a screening, 1st round, and 2nd round. The questions are fairly straight forward and align with the role and responsibilities. They are mainly situation questions so come prepared to give examples.

They are primarily situations such as, tell me about a time you did not succeed and how did you approach solution.

Entretien
Lacked planning and felt rushed. There was no follow up for 4-5 months and no clear path for next steps. The entire process made little sense and I started interviewing at other companies before hearing back from cdw.

Do you have any disabilities? How has your childhood shaped your personal life? What is your super-power? Are you married?How will your archnemesis describe you?
The interview process started off well with the recruiter being very responsive and proactively offering updates. Unfortunately, her last update was "good luck with your interview today" and I had yet to receive an invite. I was forwarded the invite 10 minutes before the interview, so needless to say, I wasn't given the opportunity to be prepared.

Tell me about a time you launched a communications campaign about a change.
Do it or don’t. Like every other company. Do the interview and see if it’s a good fit for you personally. For me it was fine but expected more in the end.
