Entretien
First you will submit resume online. Then you will have to record yourself answering multiple questions in video form. These recordings vary between 60 seconds to 5 minutes. You will typically have 60 minutes to prepare before answering the question but some questions have no time to prepare. Most are behavioral. If you make it to the next round you will have a phone interview with a hiring manager and lastly an in person interview.

Describe one time you failed and how you overcome it?
Went through a series of three interviews. After the final interview, waited a while to hear back, to be told they went with a different candidate. Didn’t understand why it took so long to hear back.
pretty bad interview process did not enjoy the process, and called me but did not return the call after after decided to cancel all interviews with the company when I found out that the pay would be less than at other jobs

Entretien
HR rep over the phone was very nice and covered a lot of the details of the position in our initial phone call. Gave me a great starting point to see if I wanted to move forward with the interview process.
