I was referred by a friend and it was a pretty thorough process. 2 Calls, one general (going over the job description, pay, benefits, etc), the other being a STAR method interview with a recruiter. After that, I had an in person 45 minute interview with the Director of Sales for one of the segments and was offered a job on the spot.

Interviewers were friendly and answered all my questions! They got back to me promptly and followed up with me throughout the process. Would highly recommend applying if you are interested!
