Only done over the internet they don't talk to the candidate or see them in person. They appear to be only interested in hiring people who are sponsored for the first few months by the government which is funded by the taxpayer.

Interview was straight forward and the manager was incredibly kind even though I was hired elsewhere. Ken interviews were held and applications were required and an offer was given to me.

Entretien
I was phoned in just a couple of days after posting. The woman I spoke with was cheerful, respectful and helpful. I chose not to be physically interviewed at her location as it was too far from where I live. I suggested a closer Costco and she said she would forward my information, though she was not sure they are hiring at that location.
