Learned this opportunity on CDP's website and I submitted my resume to the contact listed in the job description. Waited about 1.5 weeks, I received an offer for one phone interview opportunity. I was asked to prepare a mock engagement phone call with a company to ask them to disclose with CDP, and the interview lasted about 30mins. The interviewer is very nice and provided feedback to my performance.

Initial 1/2 hr phone interview covered basics of work history and why you are interested in the role. Did a mock call over the phone in that initial interview. Asked to prepare to make a real call for the in-person interview. In person lasted 1 hour. The direct supervisor did most of it alone and then 1 other team member joined for the last 15 minutes.
