The overall process was good, They have only two HR and technical rounds. HR is so helpful to clear the doubts if have any. But the dark part is they asked to sign a bond before giving an offer and wrongly Increase the bond period also. Like If the bond is for 1 year and if your current notice period is supposed for 3 months then the bond will be for 15 Months because they ask to sign before resine the current organization.
