The company hires mainly young people who are about to graduate or just graduated, offering a 6 months internship. After this period of time, if the management feels you're doing well, you're offered a 1 year contract and maybe moved to one of the group's divisions (CRM, ERP, S&N, CAD).
The hiring process started when my Marketing Professor at the University sent my CV to the company. After a few days, I was phone called by the President's Assistant for scheduling the first interview.
The interview was with the President himself, who asked me some general questions about my university results, what made me choose my particular field of studies, what were my interests and hobbies and so on.
I had the feeling that he was just looking for smart and conscientious people.
Eventually, after two weeks of silence, they called me and asked me to show up and sign a 6 months internship contract.
