I thought the interview was fine. I had a good conversation with the manager and explained about my background or experience. The questions focused on my government contracting and personal skills. There was a question about Microsoft Excel because this position heavily focused on this Microsoft Excel. After the interview, I check my application status and my application no longer got considered. I thought this was unfair because I explained my experience with government contracting and Microsoft Excel. I even talked about my time management skills, but it seemed like I was rejected because I didn't have experience with a software system: Oracle. I wished that the job description explained what software system was going to be used and I wouldn't have panic.
