In my opinion, when you meet with HR and all the hiring managers within a week and are offered the job on Friday (with a decision needed on Monday); they just need a warm body and you shouldn't take the job. Unless you're desperate. I took it and it was one of those "easy come, easy go" situations. Beware if your experience is similar. It means they are desperate and it will likely end badly.
