Had a great first interview (~1 hour) with the internal recruiter who was going to get back to me after recommending me to the hiring manager for next steps. Never heard from him again. Did not answer my text (his preferred way to communicate) or my email. I understand if hiring manager is not interested, but please just let me know. This was for Director level position. Ghosting candidates is poor form.
