Initial phone screening and then 2 interviews and asked for references; Good communication throughout the process but then ghosted and had to push to find out what happened; Interviews had seemed to go well but was solely told that I was no longer being considered after emailing recruiter; Friend was told that the previous person conducting interviews had quit, the new person in charge had never heard of me, and they said they were still looking to hire as soon as possible to let them know if they know of anyone fit for the role
