Application round, if you get passed through. Then a round of video interviews where you are given prompts and have 30 seconds to prep and 90 seconds per question. Then the brokers get to select who they interview and you interview with them.

Streamlined, quick response, and supportive environment. Interviewers were very welcoming and it felt like a conversation! They asked questions clearly and were receptive. I submitted resume and cover letter, had a recorded interview, and a final round panel interview.

First interview was a one-way interview (8 questions, 2 attempts on each question, can take as much time before the second attempt). The second interview was one 15 minute interview that was very casual.
