Once I passed the phone interview, they gave me an Accounting Test. 1. Hour long, many different accounting skills are tested. Bank Recs, Accruals, Expenses, revenue recognition, Journal entries etc. Before you get an interview you need to pass the test. Then I interviewed with 2 mgrs. I thought it was easy. The Mgrs are not trained to conduct interviews. Be yourself. I seem to work with a lot of ghetto people, so it must not be hard to get a job here.

I found the interview process unprofessional. The interviewer was a bit rude since the very first interaction. First he changed the scheduled interview time. Then, as I was trying to introduce myself, he said quote:” lets start the interview so we can get you out of here quickly..” I found it a bit odd. It gave me the impression that they were not serious about hiring. I actually had to commute 1 hour for the interview. I was there because I was interested about the position and wanted to know more about the role not to get in and out quickly. During my entire career never encountered dismissive attitude during an interview. Also the job description was misleading. Very unprofessional
