The process was thoroguh on multiple fronts. I met with people regarding the culture, performance related expectations, and did an excercise to confirm my abilities. I would recconmend trying to schedule next steps on the call because otherwise they can be time between each interview.

Tell me about some of your experience using fill in name of tool.
The interview process was really disappointing. After an initial interview, they asked me to complete an assessment but then completely ghosted me—I never received any follow-up. Later I found out they had already hired someone. Overall, it was unorganized and frustrating
It was straight forward and overall a great process. It was mostly a behavioral interview process. I had two rounds of interviews. One with HR hiring manager and one with team lead.

Tell me about a challenge you experienced at work.
They first called and it was a basic screening. Then it was a in person meeting with the hiring manager and then you get ghosted. But it was a very easy process but I say keep your options opened when applying.
