Phone screening where we went over my qualifications and what is expected of the role. Then I was asked to participate in a zoom interview with the office managers where we went more into depth (mostly behavioral questions). Then a in person interview with the whole team where they went into depth about what they do and what they're looking for. The phone call interview with behavioral questions was probably the most difficult as a lot of the questions were the same but worded differently. The in person interview was less difficult and much more casual. It seemed like it went well. I followed up twice and they got back to me 2 months later to tell me that they offered the role to someone else.
