Went through 3 interviews. Followed up and sent a thank you each time, but never got a response. After my final interview, I waited over a week to follow up for an answer and never heard back. I waited 3 weeks. Decided to reach out to the very nice recruiter who originally helped me and she answered immediately and apologized that the manager never let me know that they filled the position. I found it very rude that they could not send me a decline after all the time I spent interviewing.

The entire third interview was behavioral. Ex: Describe a time you dealt with a difficult customer, Provide an example of how you handle difficult situations; Describe a time you took initiative.
Great, super easy interview. Felt like a conversation and it was really easy to explain how I work as an employee. We did get a little bit off topic but ended up coming right back. I felt I could express myself as an employee so that was great.

loved the game test for skill and qualities and the review given afterwards is helpful for other organizations and editing your CV to reflect me much better. The games where all nicely balanced as well

very good interview process, it was conversational so it felt comfortable! they explained their company, the team, as well as what the company has to offer in terms of benefits/career growth.
