Two hour-long interviews; no additional task requirement. The first interview is with another consultant and a director; it comprised of behavioural and knowledge based questions. The second interview was with the head of the department and was more of a Q&A/assessment of culture fit. The whole process was a quick turnaround. I was approached with an offer within days.

Submitted resume, invited to a one-way video interview after 4 weeks. One week later attended an in-person interview, followed by a second round the next week. Clear communication throughout, though the overall process felt slightly slow.

Me hicieron sentir muy cómodo en todo momento. Fue una conversación muy agradable, Hay que ir bien preparado con ejemplos concretos de proyectos que hayas hecho en tu vida profesional para responder a preguntas específicas
