Classic interview questions. It was online. Friendly staff. Stiff about the salary tho, no room for negotiation but it was an internship so. Work environment is nice but not awesome.

what are your weaknesses, can you describe an instance where you improved a process, how would your friends describe you, tell me more about yourself
The conversation was smooth and comfortable. The interviewer clearly explained the role and benefits, asked straightforward questions, and created a welcoming environment that made the interaction easy and professional throughout the interview process.
The interview touched a lot on real estate law, key terms, and specific industry knowledge. Very doable for people with an RE background but I imagine it would be difficult for those who do not have that.

Entretien
The interview process was good. You start with the HR interview (online), then the department's head (online). Might take a while to hear back from them, especially if you have a lot of competition. But if they like you, you'll be directed to the country manager (f2f, for me). Be yourself and be honest.
