Overall, I would say not great. The role that I interviewed for I applied directly on their website and was contacted within a week for the 1st interview. Got through the 1st phone interview with a member of the transaction team and was asked to come in person for a second one that happened a week later.
Arrived for the 2nd interview and the manager was just kind of all over the place and was not really prepared for the interview. I had to help carry the conversation with my questions since the manager seemed like she didn't know what to ask. Somehow got through an awkward 40 minutes of the manager going on tangents about stuff that wasn't really relevant to me and this position specifically. Have not heard anything back since.
CBRE seems like it could be a great place to help build one's career especially early on, but it really depends on the business segment, role, and manager you get. I would interview again in a different business segment just on the chance of getting a better possible manager.

2. Interview with HR, discussing some skillsets they are looking for and daily job situations.
3. HR appears to try their best to lower the salaries and only cares about how long you will work for the company.

I had a first meet for a positioning that was opening in the late summer. The interview went well and was very conversational but the clients needs changed so the position is on hold.
