Applied online for Associate Real Estate Manager and a Director reached out requesting a phone interview. I assumed it would be for the only position I applied for. Came to find out that the position was the entry level version of what I had applied for as well as a different location than what was on the job posting.

An informational phone call with general manager discussing role from a high level and then a zoom interview with the general manager and a assistant real estate manager that lasted an hour and 20 minutes.

The hiring manager was kind and it was hard to figure out if I made an impression so do not let that discourage you. Situational questions were asked a lot and they give you an idea of what the position is beyond the job listing.

Entretien
First interview was on zoom, second interview was in person. Both were over an hour. I enjoyed both interviews and felt very at ease. I assume I did not get the job due to the radio silence I experienced for weeks after. I was disappointed to be ghosted after I felt like I had given a lot of time and gotten along with the interviewers.
