They went through an outsourcing company for a 90 day process. Then I recieved a very laid back call from what would be my direct manager. Went and completed a face-to-face with him. The was pushed up to the VP to interview and then got the job.

Great interview. Really detailed presentation of a company and the role.
Focused first part of giving space and time to get all details about the opportunity applied. And only after started to analyse and help to understand am I able to be successful in the role with my skills, experience and personal traits.

You will receive a call to schedule the interview. Then the interview is conducted by a team lead & a supervisor. Most questions are standard to the job, And if offered a position, most communication will be done via e-mail or directly (portal)
