Worst Management round I ever had, Hiring manager clearly got some serious ego issues. From starting my package discussion with 20%, he came to 5% hike and he ended up telling he CAN FIRE ANYONE IN COMPANY IF HE DOESN'T LIKE. Also shown possibility that he can cut wages or give decrement within one year to balance the package. I didn't expect such words and cheap argument from such high level manager. Even if they have given 50% hike I wouldn't work under such manager who gives warning of firing. Got call for interview again for same position and denied directly on face.
