Approached from an employment agency after seeng my CV on line. Asked to attend an intial interview, followed by a second interview with princple facilities manger. Was offered a job on the second interview, and was told that because of the training for the post, that the intial starting wage offer was reduced. I asked for time to think over the offer, after which I declined it.
