First round interview in their Manchester office, interviewed by two graduate surveyors. Interview lasted about 40 minutes. The interviewers were smiley and easy to talk to. I am now through to the assessment centre.

The interview process begins with a phone or video screening, followed by interviews with questions and skill assessments. Final steps may include interviews with team members, reference checks, and an offer.
Several steps within the application process. Including online assessment, phone interview, an in person assessments and a final online interview. The interviews and assessments were mainly behavioural in nature, and they don't expect candidates to have too much knowledge on real estate beyond why you want to work there.
