the phone interview was fairly laxed. A HR rep called me at a convenient time and was very delightful. We went through the company and specific role and then my specific skills set and experience.

The process was 2-3 interviews. Every Interview got longer as time went on and you must expound upon what your skill set is. You must also give background on your real estate experience.

What are your aspirations for working for our company?
Very few steps, three interviews via zoom and phone call with the Recruiter and the Team Managers. It took about 1 month to have feedback about the process. Overall my experience was really good and I felt comfortable even though I was nervous.
