It was a swift and timely process. Had a phone screen and was invited for an in-person interview to clinic manager. Was asked quite a few questions about experience with personal training and education. As well as, situational and behavioral questions that are largely related to personal training.

was pretty straightforward and easy process was online through zoom but first i was contacted through phone before that and i set up an interview and then and i interviewed at two different locations in calgary

Interview was short, about 15-20 minutes on the phone. They asked a few behavioural questions and then said they would follow up either way but never did. Be prepared to answer questions about salary.
