The process started with a quick call with a recruiter then meeting the hiring manager and a team member. Quick turnaround on decision. Everyone involved in the process was respectful of my time and effort. What I did not like is the trivia-style questions that were presented in the interview, which, in my opinion, believe that is not an effective interview strategy.

The recruiter was lovely! Explained a lot about the company and a lot of their accomplishments and talked highly of their employees. Very kind and patient. Seems like a really nice company to work for.
