First step was a basic recruiter screen phone call going over resume. Second step was a video call resume go through + technical questions with data science team member. Next step was a technical + coding interview.
Very lengthy interview process. Needed to do a project that took over 3 hours to finish. Got rejected for seemingly insignificant reason. Word word word word word word word word

Got connected by the hr. Hr seems nice, however my friend knows something about this company. Then I read reviews from their Glassdoor web... some interesting things there. I processed anyway with one of their data scientists, even though I decided to not find a job in this company. He asked about some basic of NLP and cross validation. Since I already gave up this company, I didn’t prepare and had the interview without any pressure. The data scientist was not really professional, the call is pretty noisy. He didn’t ask about the model I currently work on, which is pretty understandable— he only care about how you answered his prepared questions.
I also asked about their hours and his work. The answer was ambiguous.
