The employer- HR just provided me with a laptop and quickly exited the room. Shortly after I finished my assessment I left the building. No proper communication. What company image can a potential candidate be left with after such an unwelcoming first meeting. Even taking into consideration the fact that probably it was the first screening phase, I decided not to proceed with the second round of interviews.
