Very thorough questions and fair. I was given a hypothetical case scenario, which I had to write a response to prior to the interview and was done at the office. I believe I was given 30 minutes to analyze the case scenario and finish my answer. Panel of three individuals, including staff, executive director and board member. All interviewers were very nice.
