I talked with a recruiter at my schools (OSU) career fair. They told me to apply online but did also take my paper resume, which they asked questions on and made annotations. About a week after I got an email saying they would like to interview me. The interview was with 2 CAS employees. The questions werent largely technical but they did want to know what tech stacks I was using in my projects, and did ask deeper questions about them. Behavioral questions were also part of the interview. Overall it was nothing crazy, know your projects, show genuine interest and passion, and have some answers prepared/in mind for common interview questions. Also the interviewers were super kind, you could tell they really wanted to get to know me, and had a passion for tech and talent recruiting.
